齐家篇Family smoothing
1. 所谓治国必先齐其家者，其家不可教,而能教人者,无之。
2. 故君子不出家,而成教于国.
3. 孝者，所以事君也；弟（tì）者，所以事长(zhăng)也；慈者，所以使众也。
4. 《康诰》(gào)曰：“如保赤子。” 心诚求之，虽不中(zhòng)，不远矣。
5. 未有学养子，而后嫁者也！
6. 一家仁，一国兴仁；一家让，一国兴让；一人贪戾(lì)，一国作乱。
7. 其机如此。此谓一言偾(fèn 败坏)事，一人定国。
8. 尧舜帅天下以仁，而民从之；桀纣（jié zhòu）帅天下以暴，而民从之。
9. 其所令反其所好，而民不从。
10. 是故君子有诸己而后求诸人，无诸己而后非诸人。
11. 所藏乎身不恕，而能喻诸人者，未之有也。
12. 故治国在齐其家。

It has been said that a person who eagers to enrich his country, his family has to be smoothed first. For theres no one who comes from an unpeaceful family, but able to be ruling and teaching pupils in great manner.

As therefore, Junzi has already taken his lesson of ruling over a country in his smooth family.

For filial person who takes care of his parent well, then he surely can pay his loyalty to his Kings and Emperors;
For person who persistently pays respect to his brothers and sisters, he surely can pay his respect to his superiors;
For person who kindly loves his children, he surely can treat everyone fairly and evenly if hes on the position of ruling.

In script of 《KangGao》says:Act as if taking care of a new-born infant. Then, the destination is not far away with a honest and kind mind.

For theres no one who has learnt how to raise child before marriage.

As families are kind, then the country is filled with kindness;
